 Guided visit "Dijon‘s urban change in the 19th century"
|
In the 19th century, great changes led our city to modernize itself: access to drinkable water for the inhabitants of Dijon, the advent of the PLM (Paris-Lyon-Mediterranean railway, the demolition of the city walls and of the castle, the creation of new neighbourhoods and new squares... etc. During the visit, the names of some great figures that stood out in that century such as Gustave Eiffel and Henry Darcy will also be evoked.
Visit in French only.
