The interactive space
Firstly, visitors enter a spectacular museum space that leads to the discovery of sparkling wines in the world. Of topics with modes of presentation varied: films, animations, games and interactive manipulation. They learn:
- Different types of elaboration: "The Ships of Methodology
- The aroma of sparkling wines: "The Nose Bubbles"
- Crémant de Bourgogne and its culinary uses: "Kitchen and service"
- "A bubble in a bubble" between science and poetry, birth and life of a bubble
- Cork Crane, Muselet Crane: manipulative game, prizes to win
- The cap under pressure
Smell the aromas to explore the personality of the vines, the scent of sparkling wines. Follow different paths methods: which gives what, why?
Get inside a giant bubble that reveals the magic of the bubble ... Feeling the pressure of a bottle cap before jumping. All this and more that you learn while having fun during this first part of tour at your own pace.
Screens subtly stirring devices inserted into (for riddling wine) or tanks as lifelike or "on battery" as in the cellar, specify each of the many stages of development.
Slideshow b>
The tour continues with the screening of a slide show allowing visitors to complete its discovery in the world of bubbles. During eighteen minutes the viewer is plunged into the world of Cremant de Bourgogne, from vine to bottling.
Tasting b>
The tour ends with a tasting of sparkling wines. The palate pleasure after the discovery to broach these wine festival, with the feeling of having learned something about his own tastes, preferences and arouse the desire to experiment in sensory analysis in addition to the visit.
Duration 1h 1h30 tour including tasting. Diffusion in the room is every 20 minutes.
"Sacred Vine" : open new programming beginning July 2010, a journey of 40 minutes in the heart of an astonishing collection of tools for Vine and Wine sprung from the shadows and artistically staged. A cultural and historical odyssey unique, guardian of the era's memory.
A forty-minute odyssey plunges the viewer into an unusual and surprising universe.
Guided by voices, sounds, lights, the trail takes place over three separate rooms where the tools created by man to cultivate and care for the vines come to life. The rhythm of the seasons mingles with that of men millennial history and vines.
Photo Exhibition: Presented by Forum Oenology, the exhibition "Terroirs d'Images" brings together some fifty amateur and professional photographers, French and foreigners with 60 photographs on the theme "The four seasons of the vine and wine through the world. "This gallery leads visitors to the entrance of Sacrée Vigne.
A sketchbook: illustrated by Richard Atlan and specifically designed for Sacrée Vigne offers a complementary vision to the visit by emphasizing the strengths of the course. It is also an ideal teaching aid for children with family or in the School context. Available at Wine shop.
