 Gaugry Factory : Guided visit with tasting
|
The Gaugry family, the cheese makers to Brochon since 1946, invites you to share their passion. Beyond to know how to make and the experience of the house, the Gaugry cheese dairy suggests you discovering step by step the manufacturing of its cheeses thanks to its gallery of visit specially conceived for that purpose.
The visit includes:
- explanations on the different stages of production : Task scheduling in production planning is independent of the visits, the work of employees may not be visible.
- tasting of 5 cheeses with bread and a glass of Burgundy red wine
- a display of many old implements.
Duration : 1 hour (approx.) from 9 am to 10am every saturdays
