Come and discover the secrets of the Terroirs", the "vignerons" and the essentials of wine tasting of " Burgundy Terroirs" with Sandrine Lanaud, your personnal wine coach ( wine trainer and professional taster). She will share with you her passion of "Burgundy Terroirs"
Private formula coaching tour for 2, 3 or 4 pers .
The worshop unfold in the wineyard around the Clos de Vougeot , according to the weather and the requests and a Domaine winery ( winegrower and wine maker) .
Content of Workshop :
- discovering and understanding the “Terroir” and “climates” , Alchemy between the "vigneron" and Nature which gives such diversity to the vineyard and Burgundy wines : grapes variety, classification, vineyard landscapes, influences of the "climat", quality of soils and sub-soils
The rule of the “Vigneron” in the wine Terroir expression : naturals methods of wine growing and wine making
- introduction to wine tasting : learn to express your sensations and make difference between the" terroir" wines in a Domaine cellar :
comparative tasting of Chardonnay and pinot noir wines from the appelation" bourgogne" to "village" or/and " 1er cru"… and visit of the winery
Duration : 3h
Extension of the wine tour : visit of the “Château du Clos de Vougeot”( not included)
Schedule : from 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm
Bilingual Wine workshop : French/English.
