 Tour and Wine workshop with tasting "Discovering the Terroirs of Burgundy"

Come and discover the secrets of the Terroirs", the "vignerons" and the essentials of wine tasting of " Burgundy Terroirs" with Sandrine Lanaud, your personal wine coach ( wine trainer and professional taster). She will share with you her passion of "Burgundy Terroirs". Private coaching formula tour (for 2, 3 or 4 pers).
The Wine workshop unfold in the cellar and a Domaine winerie (wine grower and wine maker)
Content of Workshop:
- discovering and understanding the “Terroirs”, Alchemy between the "vigneron" and Nature which gives such diversity to the vineyard and Burgundy wines :
Grapes variety, classification, influences of the slope, «climat", quality of soils and sub-soils, and the essential rule of the vigneron (wine growing and wine making)
- introduction to wine tasting , learn to express your sensations and make difference between the" Terroir" wines in a “Domaine” cellar
comparative tasting of Chardonnay and pinot noir wines from the appellation" Bourgogne" to "village" or/and " 1er cru" and visit of the wineries.
Duration: 3 h
Schedule: from 02:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Bilingual Wine workshop: French/English.
Minimum 2 person/ max 4 pers
